Diving with Enriched Air (Nitrox) gives you two options. You can extend your no decompression times underwater and, assuming your breathing rate is low, you can get in more dive time. Alternatively, you can breathe Enriched Air on your dive and leave your computer in “Air” mode. This results in a safety margin on your no decompression times.
