Cancellation Policy

• For Open Water classes, any reschedules made within 7 days from the start of the class will incur a $100.00 rescheduling fee per person.

• For Snorkeling and Discover Scuba programs, reschedules made within 5 days will incur a $20.00 rescheduling fee per person.

Return or Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are unused and have their original tags attached. A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

• Refunds for special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Unclaimed Property Policy

• Any gear left for service or purchased gear/materials that are not picked up within 60 days will be discarded or sold at the discretion of Great American Divers. No replacements or refunds will be provided for unclaimed property.
